I prezzi indicati sono comprensivi di IVA 22%/All prices include current Italian vat tax (22%)

TEMPI DI CONSEGNA /DELIVERY TIME

10-20 giorni dall'accetazione dell'ordine. Le spese di spedizione ammontano a 10,00 eur fino a 10 kg e 20 eur dai 10 kg in su/ 10 to 20 days from order aknowlegment. Shipping cost varies according to weight and destination country.

PAGAMENTI/PAYMENTS

Oltre ai pagamenti con PAYPAL  e CARTE DI CREDITO, è possibile acquistare con bonifico bancario. Beside PAYPAL and  credit cards, you can pay through bank order (we will mail you our bank coordinates).

RESI E RIMBORSI/RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I resi si accettano entro 10 giorni dall'effettivo ricevimento da parte del cliente, previo tempestivo avviso via mail a info@giovelab.it. La spedizione del reso sarà a carico del destinatario. Dopo la restituzione si potrà procedere alla sostituzione ed invio dello stesso articolo o altro di pari prezzo, previo accordo o al rimborso del prezzo pagato, nelle modalità previste/Returns are acceptable within 10 days from receipt and must be notified immediately by mail at info@giovelab.it. Return shipping will be on charge of buyer, the returned item will be replaced and resent or price will be refunded
